Shipping + Refund Policy

Each candle is made by hand when your order is received. Please allow 3-5 business days for your candle to be poured and cured before it is shipped to you, and longer during high demand times such as the holidays.
We currently ship within the United States. Orders are shipped Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, and typically ship out within 3-5 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has shipped.
Shipping costs have steadily been on the rise so to make it more affordable for our customers to shop with us ODMÉ subsidizes approximately 20% of the shipping costs for you, setting flat shipping rates according to the following; $7 (10oz or less), $10 (11-65oz), $15 (66-200oz.), and $20 (201-400oz.). We ship with UPS and USPS.
Please check your address before completing your order. ODMÉ Candle Co. is not responsible for delayed transit times, nor packages delivered to an incorrect, closed or undeliverable address. If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or business closure and is "returned to sender", ODMÉ Candle Co. is not responsible for any shipping charges or fees. We're happy to ship your package back to a different address, but you will be asked to cover shipping costs for reshipment.
We get it, sometimes things don't turn out to be quite what you expected. Send us an email and we'll get you refunded or set up with a gift card.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used products, sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
